This campground is ideally located for those traveling in both directions, situated half way between 🏔 Jasper, Alberta and 🌲 Kamloops, British Columbia.
The Town of Blue River is an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise, complete with spectacular natural scenery. The region is surrounded by pristine rivers, lakes and snow-capped mountains, making this a year round playground for those who love the great outdoors!
This is also a world renowned 🚁 Heli-Skiing region during the winter months.
Blue River Campground & RV Park Amenities
The campground has a rugged outdoor feel, with 42 sites on the property that can accommodate most any camper.
From ⛺ tenting sites to full hook up pull thru sites for the largest of 🚌 motor homes, this campground has you covered!
In addition and also a great feature on the property, is the three camping 🏚 cabins available for rent and equipped with 💡 lighting, 🔌 plugins and even 🛌 beds.
There are also a few tipis tents on the property, great for those looking for cover without having to roll out their tents, particularly on those 🌧 wet rainy days.

✔ Pull thru sites for the largest of RV;
✔ Cabins with electricity and beds;
✔ Tipis with foam sleeping mats;
✔ Picnic tables and fire pits at each site;
✔ Tenting Sites;

Blue River BC Camping And Area Attractions
Eleanor Lake Blue River BC
Beautiful Eleanor Lake, is an easy 🚶 ten-minute walk from the campground, located in town. A lovely hidden gem that’s great for summer 🏊 swimming, complete with diving tower, docks, rafts and a slide.
It’s a great beach park in town that’s perfect for spending an afternoon with the family!
Blue River is also your Gateway to Spectacular {Murtle Lake}, where people come from all over the world to ⛺ camp and 🛶 canoe in the area.
This lake is the largest non-motorized lake in North America!
Situated in beautiful 🏞 Wells Gray Provincial Park, it covers over 100 kilometers of shoreline.
It is an amazing wilderness lake in the 🌲 Province of British Columbia. Many travelers use Blue River Campground as a home base, for starting and or finishing their 🛶 Canoe Adventure.
The parking lot to the lake is 24 kilometers, or 17 miles from Blue River town center.
