🍁 Vancouver to Whistler Camping Tour. 🍁

There are so many beautiful places to discover along the scenic 🛣 Sea to Sky Corridor, which runs from the 🏙 City of Vancouver, all the way up to the world renowned ski resort 🏔 Town of Whistler, in British Columbia – Canada.

I thought I would share with you and recommend some great places we 🏕 camped at and also visited during our trip, a few seasons ago.

Vancouver to Whistler Camping Tour Travel Itinerary

Rental Recreational Vehicles

What seems to be increasingly popular as each year goes by, is the amount of 🚌 Rental Recreational Vehicles on the road, in both Provinces of; British Columbia and Alberta. Thousands of visitors coming from abroad and love this form of travel, when vacationing in 🍁 Canada and the 🦅 United States.

It really gives you a chance to truly enjoy the great 🏞 outdoors and discover so much more of what these Provinces have to offer. So much more so, than simply 🛬 flying into a city, taking the standard sightseeing tours and spending your nights in busy 🏨 hotels and cities.

Thereโ€™s certainly nothing wrong with doing that either, my wife and I enjoy all forms of travel. This article is going to focus strictly on camping travel. I’m going to offer suggestions particularly for those planning their …

For those starting their journey from Vancouver, this is an ideal first stop on your way to; Whistler. Just 35 to 40 minutes north of Vancouver and on the shores of picturesque {Howe Sound}, this is a beautifully kept 🏞 Provincial Marine Park and Campground.

There is a day area for those wishing to just stop for a short while. There are picnic tables and washroom facilities located here, making for a great pit stop!

This is also a 🏞 Protected Marine Park, and is a favorite for ๐Ÿคฟย scuba diving enthusiasts.

Sites are spacious, along with an excellent 🚗 park and walk in area fo;r ⛺ tenting, complete with beautiful water front sites. Camping spaces are limited for both regular campsites and tenting sites, so recommendations are highly recommended!

Be sure to check the link to my post above, where you can access more photos, details and reservation information.

A picture perfect destination within easy reach of Vancouver, and a great start for those arriving after a long tiring ✈ flight from abroad.
