Heritage RV Park – A Quiet Full Facility Campground
Beautiful Mt Shasta on route
Situated between the cities of Redding California to the North and Sacramento to the South, Corning is a perfect overnight stop for those traveling in either direction on Interstate 5.
We have always enjoyed overnight camping at this park, when traveling to and from our chosen destination in the south.
Here you can expect a clean, well run and surprisingly affordable full facility recreational vehicle park conveniently located just moments away from the freeway, yet amazingly quiet as well!
We always look forward to arriving here, after spending the day driving on the busy Interstate highway and dry camping the night before at another favorite stop of ours at 🦅 Seven Feathers Casino in Oregon State.
It’s always nice to treat ourselves to a 🚌 full facility park, in between those days at various locations selected where we choose to dry camp for the evening only.

Corning California Is Olive Country
For those of you who love the taste of 🍈 Olives, then you are definitely in luck.
This is 🍈 Olive Country in the State of California, and there are some of the best olives and outlets for you to sample and purchase.
One of the oldest and nicest Olive stores is located just across the street from Heritage Park. It’s called the Olive Pit and is definitely worth the visit when stopping or just passing thru Corning.
A family owned and operated establishment that has been around for almost 50 years and it shows. I’ve listed a link below to their Official Website for your convenience.

This recreational vehicle park has met and exceeded all the official motor club and Recreational Vehicle Park directory and clubs expectations.
It is AAA approved and a Good Sam park affiliate for those members seeking the member discounts. As well, they have met all the requirements in order to be approved and listed in the major campground directories circulating.
So no need to take it from me, Heritage has lived up to its expectations over the years!
