They started gathering used 📚 books meant for the landfill, and began re-selling them. For every 📖 single book purchased online, the company now contributes to individual literacy throughout the 🌎 world.
These fellows envisioned a completely different business model, than what we are accustomed to. By simply gathering books from a number of sources and generating revenue and which has ultimately led, to supporting literacy around the world.
They have successfully created an ingenious way to earn a profit, support literacy and continue to grow their business along the way!
Here’s just one example;
Libraries with old books are gathered and/or are donated to them. These books are then sold and part of the proceeds, are given back to the library to help fund the purchase of new books.
