Yes, some countries have their own rules when beginning and finishing DST or Daylight Saving Time. For example, a law in Israel requires that summer must last at least – 150 days.

5 whole months, wow! I can take that living here in 🍁 Canada!

I and like so many of us living here on the west coast of Canada, cannot understand why we come off daylight savings time in the first place, each and every year.

We love staying on daylight savings here and it’s proven to be much healthier for you as well!

Universal Time (UTC)

In finishing up here and to really confuse you, {Coordinated Universal Time} or (UTC), is often interchanged with times zones like – Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

GMT is basically the label used in the United Kingdom, just as other countries use other time labels. For example; Western European Time Zone or (WET) is the name of the time zone in – Portugal, which is the same as UTC +00:00.

Now I’m totally confused! 🙁
