This picturesque resort is located in one of the British Columbia’s largest; 🏞 Provincial Parks.
BC’s 4th largest 🌲 Provincial Park can be entered from the south, approximately 30 minutes, from the town center of; Clearwater. Visitors from all over the world travel here, to enjoy the absolute splendor of this; Beautiful Provincial Park.
There’s numerous outdoor activities including; canoeing, rafting, kayaking, fly-fishing, hiking, camping and horseback riding!
Wells Gray Park also offers some of the most spectacular natural 🌊 waterfalls and scenery you will ever see!
Excellent Golf And Camping At Wells Gray Resort
Like so many 🏌 golf courses in more remote areas we’ve discovered, now offer facilities, right on site for; 🏕 camping as well. This resort is no exception!
Along with their full size challenging 9 hole par; 70 golf course, they provide an assortment of 🚌 camping options, directly off the main fairways.
This makes for an incredible camping setting with outstanding views!
Many golf course campgrounds offer a more peaceful, much less busy and quiet atmosphere. Unlike most busy RV Parks and other Campgrounds. In my opinion, this is what camping is all about!
Camping directly on ⛳ Golf Courses is a great way to escape; traffic and city noise.
For those campers who are also 🏌 golf enthusiasts, there’s nothing better, than to step out of your camper and walk directly, to the club house.
Wells Gray RV Park Amenities
One other great feature at this resort is; Hemp Creek, which runs alongside the golf course, and the recreational vehicle part of the park, making for a perfect campground setting.

This golf resort and campground is ideally located, just minutes from the main park entrance. It is also within close proximity to the areas gorgeous waterfalls, hiking and so much more.
Oh, and did I mention ⛳ Golf?
As well and located directly next door is a wonderful…
within minutes walking from your campsite. This is a *Must Do* outdoor adventure activity, for both beginners and experienced riders, when visiting; Wells Gray.
There’s no better way to see the outdoors and back country, then on 🐴 horseback!
Spectacular Waterfalls In Wells Gray Provincial Park
Helmcken Falls
When visiting the area, you simply must stop at; 🌊 Helmcken Falls, Dawson Falls and Spahats Falls. Also, be sure to take a drive up to; Green Mountain Tower.
These are all within minutes of the campground and must not be missed!
Helmcken Falls is spectacular, with a free fall of 462 feet to the pools down below. It is touted as; one of the most beautiful waterfalls in all of 🍁 Canada.
We wish we could have spent much more time in the Park this trip, but will definitely return, in the near future.
One of the other major attractions to the area is; Clearwater Lake, which is situated in the northern section of the Park.
An added bonus is there is {No Extra Fee Required} to camp in the Park. This is because Wells Gray is a; 🌲 Provincial Park. It is not a {National Park}, where entrance fees are required in 🍁 Canada to camp.
This resort, is a beautiful spot to pitch your ⛺ tent, park your RV and/or, play a round of golf. All, in one of the most beautiful {Provincial Parks} in the Province of British Columbia.
I would highly recommend making reservations during the peak season months of; {June, July and August}, to secure a stay during this time.
