On our first 2 transfers, we used their service on the island of Zanzibar, in Tanzania, and also in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our drivers on both occasions, were waiting just outside the baggage claim area at arrivals, to meet and greet us.
Both drivers had our name displayed, so we could easily find them.

On all 3 trips, our drivers were well presented and we had very clean newer model vehicles to ride in. Our drivers were safe and very welcoming at all times.

On this trip, I used their service for transportation from my hotel in Playa del Carmen, to Cancun International Airport.

It’s the same as one other travel tip I suggest when arriving at a new destination for the first time. I always recommend you have at least your first nights accommodation booked prior to your arrival, especially after coming off a tiring long-haul flight.
