Swimming And Your Health
I know for me and one who suffers from arthritic pain, going into a pool and getting my joints moving, definitely improves my overall flexibility. It also helps to reduce pain in my muscles and joints, as the graph above outlines.
I also enjoy deep water exercising, which gets the โค heart rate up, and without putting any strain on my joints, compared to that of ๐ high impact exercising.
