I’m always interested in receiving Travel Related Colorful Infographics, and recently I was sent an interesting one on

This infographic included interesting {facts and popular attractions}, found inside the parks grounds and that are certainly worth sharing with you!
Below, are eight very popular parks found around the 🌎 globe and one happens to be in my neck of the woods; {Stanley Park} in 🌲 Vancouver, British Columbia 🍁 Canada. Three others, we have had the pleasure of visiting over the years.

Hyde Park in London England
Hyde Park is one of the 8 Royal Parks in the City covering an area of 350 acres, visited by millions each and every year.
Highlights of the Park include;
- Princess of Wales (Diana) Royal Fountain
- Statue of Achilles
Central Park in New York City
This completely man made Park covers more than 843 acres with beautiful lakes and ponds. This is a very popular park allowing visitors and locals an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of New York.
Highlights of the Park include;
- Conservative Garden with Jet Fountain
- The Belvedere Castle especially for Kids
Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, California
With over 1000 acres, this park is not to be missed when visiting the city! Filled with beautiful gardens, museums and attractions, the whole family will enjoy spending time at his iconic park.
Highlights of the Park include;
- Japanese Tea Garden
- The DeYoung Museum
Singapore Botanic Gardens in Singapore
Consisting of 183 acres of Botanical Gardens, this park represents the lovely fauna and flora that Singapore has to offer.
Highlights of the Park include;
- The Tropical Rainforest
- National Orchid Garden
Mt. Royal Park in Montreal, Quebec
Consisting of 494 acres, this is the city’s largest greenspace and covers Montreal’s highest spot which is Mount Royal. A great park for outdoor enthusiasts including; hiking, cross country skiing, ice skating and more!

Beihai Park in Beijing, China
A very historic park covering over 170 acres, most comprising of a lake. This is another world park situated in a busy city allowing for visitors and locals to escape from every day city life. This is a peaceful park with interesting temples and a lovely lake to relax by and take a stroll along.

- The White Dagoba
- Round City
Park Guell in Barcelona, Spain
One of the most favorite parks in the world covering just 42 acres, you will discover works of Antonio Gaudi. There are two sections in the park to enjoy. There is a free park area and also the paid Monumental area.

- Monumental Zone
Stanley Park in Vancouver, British Columbia
Covering over 1000 acres in downtown Vancouver, this is a very popular seaside park in the city. Filled with outdoor activities galore, including the famous Vancouver Aquarium and Seawall, this is definitely not to be missed when visiting the west coast of Canada!
