The Inner Harbour is truly one of the most beautiful and scenic places in the world!

Surrounded by historic buildings, hotels, picturesque landmarks and lovely walkways alongside the harbor, it really is something that should not be missed when visiting this city.

A Unique Victoria Water Taxi Performance

Along with the many things to enjoy downtown in the summer months, is the weekly water taxi show performed by the taxi captains. Watch them perform their maneuvers to the music theme Blue Danube.

You can also travel to the many other popular destinations in the area using this great water taxi service. It’s affordable and fun for the whole family! 🙂

Enjoy lunch at 🎣 Fisherman’s Wharf, travel down the Gorge seaway,
or cross to the other side of the harbor for a nice walk along the ocean along the beautiful walkways.

Where can I buy tickets for the Water Taxi?

The taxi captains sell tickets using credit and debit card. Tickets can be purchased at the Empress Hotel dock & at Fisherman’s Wharf.

Where are the Water Taxi stops?

There are a number of stops in and around the Inner Harbour. Check the detailed map on their website.

What are the ticket prices?

Adult fares are about $16cdn. Be sure to ask your captain for a loyalty card for a future free trip after 6.

What are the Water Taxi operating hours?

The taxi runs all year from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, seven days a week during summer, with adjusted seasonal hours.

Is the Water Taxi pet friendly?

Yes, with restriction and leashed at all time.
