About The Mekong Delta In Vietnam
The Mekong Delta, which is also referred to as; 🐉 The Nine Dragon River Delta. This is because the {Delta}, is created by nine adjoining rivers.
The delta comprises a vast triangular plain of approximately; 55,000 square kilometers. Around 16,000 square kilometers of the inner delta, are located in Cambodia. The remaining 39,000 square kilometers, make up the southern tip of Vietnam.
In Vietnam, the {Mekong Delta Region} is intensively developed for 🌾 agriculture. In fact, the Delta provides the country with about a third of its annual food crop.
This huge land formation consists of 🌾 paddy fields and hills. It’s numerous rivers, streams and canals, are buzzing with activity including; boats, homes, floating markets and much more.

The Mekong Delta is truly unique and should not be missed, when visiting this part of Vietnam.
Les Rives Speedboat Ride & Guided Tour
This is a fully {all inclusive} unique tour, which includes a scenic 🛥 speedboat ride, taking you into the Mekong Delta.
Your tour includes 🏨 hotel pick up and drop off taking you to the pier, where your speedboat awaits.
Sit back and relax, as you pass by; 🌾 rice paddy farms, fruit orchards and daily life, taking place along the banks of the river. As you take in the scenery on board, a light breakfast is served, along with Vietnamese; 🍵 iced coffee to start your day!
Also included in this tour, is a peaceful 🚣 rowboat ride along the small canals, of the Delta. You will also make a stop and get an opportunity to visit a traditional; 🎍 Vietnamese homestead.
Enjoy fresh 🥥 coconut and perhaps some; Mekong Delta Whisky!
As well, a short stop at a ⛩ Buddhist Pagoda, where your guide will inform you on the history of; Buddhism and importance to the people, living on the Delta.
You will also make a stop at a traditional river marketplace. Experience daily life in the Mekong Delta, with a visit to the local 🥬 produce market.
If you’re not afraid of very large 🐍 snakes, then have your 📸 picture taken, with one wrapped around you! 🙁
Enjoy A Traditional Vietnamese Meal
Your all inclusive tour includes a traditional {Mekong Delta} lunch, at a local pagoda, prepared by their private chef.
After a relaxing lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to visit an orphanage, run by the Buddhist monks.

Dress Code: Proper attire is highly recommended for visiting the;
Cao Dai Temple and Pagodas.
