About The Author
Antonio J. Hopson is a Seattle, Washington based writer and teacher. He is the author of numerous novels, short stories and audio books.
His latest easy reading novel features himself, a Black American and his Irish American close friend, as they embark on an adventure to Ireland and then venturing into Northern Ireland.
The contrast between both boundaries at that time, was an awakening and eye opening experience for both of them.
Leap Of The Dog
Antonio’s close friend {Paradise} decides to leave his present job and travel to Ireland, where his ancestorial roots arise from.
He asks Antonio, who’s always looking for a good story, to join him on his adventure.
The novel is full of good pub meetings and conversations with locals along the way. Enjoying the vast difference between the Irish and their naturally inviting hospitality to strangers, to that at home back in the United States.
The novel is filled with humorous pub conversations, plenty of Guinness, music, travel adventures and more.
As they travel north into Northern Ireland, things for both drastically change and appear so different from the rest of Ireland. Things become more complicated as they venture into Belfast at a very tense time.
Both take away and share completely different experiences of their travels in Ireland, leaving both with individual life long memories and insights into human behavior.
This is an easy reading novel that most everyone who loves travel adventures, mixing with locals with humorous moments thrown in, will enjoy reading Leap Of The Dog.
