Below, is a sneak peak of what we enjoyed for dinner. Just to give you an idea of what to expect when dining here at Sublime.

Striploin with Fettuccine Carbonara

I chose the daily dinner chef’s special. This included the Striploin steak served with fettuccine in a creamy delicious Italian Carbonara sauce and topped with fresh peas.

An excellent dinner choice complete with garlic toast alongside. A very large entrée that would satisfy those with big appetite!

Pork Tenderloin Medallions

My wife chose this selection from the menu. Grilled pork medallions in a ginger peach glaze, garnished with crisp maple bacon.  Another excellent choice!

It was very easy to tell a great deal of passion goes into each dish prepared by your chef here at Sublime.

Both entrees were very large portions that would satisfy the largest of appetite!

Select Desserts

We shared this lovely lemon dessert with coffee after our amazing dinner.

Stop in for a great meal that I’m sure the whole family will enjoy. For fresh healthy ingredients served both lunch and dinner, enjoy a relaxing sit down meal in a casual and historic setting.

Update 2023

Unfortunately at this time, the restaurant is showing – Permanently Closed. This is most certainly due to the Global Pandemic that has gripped the world.

I will keep you posted, should their doors once again open for business in the very near future.
