I chose the daily dinner special which included the Striploin steak served with fettuccine in a creamy delicious Italian Carbonara sauce topped with fresh peas.  An excellent dinner choice served with garlic toast alongside. A very large entrée that would satisfy those with big appetite!

Pork Tenderloin Medallions

My wife chose this selection from the menu. Grilled pork medallions in a ginger peach glaze garnished with crisp maple bacon.  Another excellent choice and easy to tell a great deal of passion goes into each dish prepared by your chef here at sublime.

Both entrees were very large portions that would satisfy the largest of appetite!
