Seven Amazing Botanical Gardens Around the Globe
I received an email the other day with a lovely infographic showing some of the world’s most beautiful Botanical Gardens. For those of you that frequent my travel blog, I’m sure you know by now that I love those colorful travel related infographics that people create.
Once viewing the chart and the beautiful Gardens it depicted, I simply had to share it with my readers!
When my wife and I travel, one of the first things we seek out, especially in the larger cities is their parks and gardens in those parks. It’s always a place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, watch and mingle with the locals and to enjoy the beauty of nature in those parks as well.

As you can see, the infographic features some of the world’s most famous botanical gardens including Kew Gardens in London, Singapore Botanic Garden and The Brooklyn Botanic Garden. It provides a practical guide to the gardens itself with the number of annual visitors, size and must-see plants. It also highlights some lesser known ‘random facts’ and explains the history of each garden.
Having been fortunate enough to grow up on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, I was delighted that this infographic included one of the most beautiful and well known Botanical Gardens in the World – The Butchart Gardens. In fact, we just returned to the Gardens this summer and they are look more spectacular as ever!
If you happen to be traveling to any of the cities listed in the infographic, then do take a moment out of your schedule and visit one of these lovely Botanical Gardens and just sit back and smell the roses!
If you are Serious About Your Health, particularly during travel, then have a look at this amazing health supplement my family and I have been taking for years. It involves one of the most important ingredients in our bodies – Glutathione!
